By making a booking and/or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions –

Appointments:
All new clients are required to book an initial consult/intake appointment for their first appointment. We use this to assess your needs, and understand your situation. Clients who have had a break of 3 months or longer will be required to reattend this appointment.

Cancellations:
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a charge for the full fee of the missed appointment.

Fees:
Our fee schedule is published on our website. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All fees are subject to change without notice.

Payment Responsibility:
The client is responsible for all charges incurred for services provided by this practice, including session fees, missed appointment fees, and any other agreed-upon charges.

After Hours Appointments:
Our normal hours of business are listed on our website. However, to make our services accessible to clients who work or study during those hours, we do make after hours appointments available on our booking calendar (and by request).

After Hours Surcharge:
All after hours appointments attract a surcharge in addition to our regular fees. For appointments booked online by the client, you will receive a separate invoice for the surcharge. Our after hours surcharge fees are published on our website and are subject to change without notice.

Refunds:
Fees paid for services rendered, missed appointments, or late cancellations are non-refundable.

Data Security Statement:
This practice is committed to protecting your personal and financial information. All online payments are processed via a third-party payment processor, operated by Stripe. We do not see or hold your credit card information.

This practice values your privacy and complies with all relevant privacy laws, to ensure the confidentiality of your personal and financial information. For more information on how we handle and protect your data, please refer to our full Privacy Policy.

We advise that you do not discuss your personal or private information via these platforms. We take no responsibility for comments, advice, or other communication you may receive when using social media (including our pages/profiles).

We retain the discretion to refuse services to any individual for reasons deemed appropriate at our sole judgment. Such decisions are made with the primary objective of safeguarding the wellbeing of both our clients and staff. Please be advised that the rationale behind any decision to decline services may not be disclosed, as it is our duty to prioritise the mental health and safety of our clients, staff, and contractors. It is your responsibility to take appropriate precautions to ensure your personal data is secure.
  2. By participating in our services, you acknowledge that your results depend on your own efforts and commitment.
